The program is supervised by the Prime Minister of Pakistan and works in coordination with the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) and the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) database to verify beneficiaries.
Who Can Apply for Ramzan Relief 13000?
Eligibility is based on household income data already registered in the NSER system.
You may qualify if:
- You belong to a low-income family
- Your CNIC is valid and active
- You are registered in the NSER database
- You are not receiving duplicate government aid
- Your poverty score meets the government threshold
Families already benefiting from BISP Kafalat may also be considered automatically.
9999 SMS Check – How to Verify Eligibility
The government has introduced a simple 9999 SMS service for quick eligibility confirmation.
Follow these steps:
- Open your mobile message app
- Type your 13-digit CNIC number
- Send it to 9999
- Wait for the confirmation reply
The system will inform you whether you are eligible, under review, or not approved.
Make sure the SIM card is registered in your name to avoid verification delays.
Online CNIC Check Method
Beneficiaries can also verify status online through the official government relief portal.
Steps to check online:
- Visit the official relief website
- Enter your CNIC number
- Complete the captcha verification
- Click submit to view payment status
This digital process ensures transparency and minimizes unnecessary travel.
Payment Distribution & Collection Process
Once approved, the Rs. 13,000 payment can be collected through:
- Designated cash centers
- Partner banks such as HBL and Bank Alfalah
- Registered digital wallet accounts
Biometric verification through your CNIC may be required at the time of withdrawal.
